Peace of mind in a scoop.

I’ve been using Toku Flow daily and really love it. It’s super easy to mix, and I like knowing I’m supporting my heart health in a simple way. I feel lighter and a bit more energized since starting it, and the clean ingredients give me peace of mind.

Delicious drink for heart health.

My entire life I have had issues with triglycerides and recently received a pretty bad CAC score.. I've previously adjusted my diet, added K2 MK7, and D3. I've been looking for years for a higher FU serving size Nattokinase supplement and feel lucky this one was released recently.
Obviously this will take time, I'm hopeful the addition of Toku Flow with my other dietary and lifestyle changes will have a beneficial impact.

Great product - a little too sweet?

I have long been a believer in the value of nattokinase. I have had liquid and capsule natto supplements and taken for many years. This product provides a more substantial amount more bioavailability and much more pleasant. For my taste it is a bit too sweet and I'd be happier with no stevia, just the monk fruit for sweetener. I mix it with coffee and cream and the cream suppresses the sweetness sufficiently to make it a very pleasant drink. I'd like more information about how much nattokinase per day is the best amount and I will keep doing my own research but plan to substitute this Toku product for the capsules I had been taking regularly that provided 4000 fu/200 mg compared to this at 10,800fu 580 mg. I have been curious about why garbanzo beans rather than soy as the source of the enzyme - my reading suggests that that doesn't matter and indeed that this is probably better as a way of avoiding soy allergies and the soy/thyroid interaction issue. Great product and will recommend it to all my friends.

HRV trending upward

Didn’t like the sweet taste at first as I’m used to drinking black coffee. I drink it after a coffee and that seems to go better and now I love the taste. Started it as I got a CAC score that wasn’t great. I’m a runner and wear an Oura ring and my HRV is trending upwards since I’ve been taking the Toku for a month. Resting heart rate is lower. Could be a coincidence but I’ll take it.
